I have no complaints about Pagico, and make my decisions based on the fact that it has most of the features I need on a day to day basis. It all works for my needs, and Pagico has been very reliable.

There was a version update in November last year, and then two in January I think, as well as the new mobile app.
I saw a number of replies from them in January, including a response to a feature request I made. My experience is that replies to forum posts are slow to come, but they do come.

The software is mature and stable, and has seen regular updates come along in the time I have been using it.
